Take control of the language processes in your SAP solution
Dealing with the language processes in a SAP solution demands more than "just" translation. Chapter 4 Translation has recently been awarded the title of "SAP Language Service Partner" – SAP's rubber stamp that the company can assure high standards of quality where such complex processes are concerned.
Prior to being granted the title of "SAP Language Service Partner", Chapter 4 Translation underwent an in-depth audit process, which involved representatives of SAP's head office in Germany visiting our company to analyse all our business methods and processes in areas such as project management, quality assurance, resource strategy and business development. Every nook and cranny was investigated, and every cupboard door and drawer was checked.
And these stringent requirements are fully justified: dealing with a SAP translation can involve a more complex process than handling the translation of conventional texts in the fields of technology or law, for example. For this reason, you as a customer should feel secure and have a guarantee of both quality and on-time delivery. And this is precisely what you can be sure of when you choose a certified SAP translation partner whose business strategy and processes have been examined in detail.
The process from A to Z
The language processes in a SAP solution involve much more than translation alone. Therefore, we at Chapter 4 Translation do more than simply assist our customers with terminology work and the translation of online system texts, documentation, training and e-learning material, for example. We also provide advice and guidance about how to tackle the different processes, and about the project management aspect itself. Translating SAP is a complicated process that demands experience and close contact with SAP in Germany and Denmark. One of the reasons for this is the fact that the translators work online in SAP’s own translation programmes, and another is that familiarity with the system functionality and SAP’s established terminology are essential to consistent, quality-conscious translation.
Chapter 4 translation is a relatively young company. In fact, it was founded as recently as the start of 2008. However, the experience of our project managers and translators with SAP translation stretches back to 1993. This means that as a customer, you can be sure of first-class translation, project management and consultancy, no matter whether you need translation of your own specific solutions, standard SAP products, documentation, course material or anything else involving any of the currently 37 official SAP languages.
Of course, we can also help if you need translation in other, non-SAP-related areas such as technology, automotive, finance, marketing or legal..
